Today a customer opens the login page, realises they need a card, and walks to the nearest shop. The owner then drives from shop to shop to drop off cards and collect cash. Does the customer need internet to buy a card?هل يحتاج المشترك إلى إنترنت لشراء الكرت؟

What if a customer loses their card?ماذا لو أضاع المشترك كرته؟

They enter their number, the card amount and the time of the transfer on the login page. We match it against a confirmed payment within minutes either side and show the card again.يدخل رقمه وقيمة الكرت ووقت التحويل في صفحة الدخول، فنطابقها مع دفعة مؤكدة ضمن هامش وقت قصير قبل الوقت أو بعده، ونعرض له الكرت من جديد.

What happens to a leftover balance?ماذا يحدث للرصيد المتبقي؟

It stays on the customer's number. If it is enough for more than one card, the login page offers the options; otherwise it is added to their next payment.يبقى محفوظاً لرقم المشترك. إن كان يكفي لأكثر من كرت تعرض صفحة الدخول الخيارات المتاحة، وإلا يُضاف إلى دفعته التالية.

T4L Local needs SMS permissions that Google Play doesn't allow for this kind of app, so we publish all three apps here, signed with one key.
