Summary

Who we are

T4L is a technology company based in Yemen. In this policy, "we" means T4L. This policy covers:

• the website tech4l.com;
• T4L Networks, the service that connects MikroTik hotspot login pages to mobile-wallet payments;
• the Android apps T4L Owner, T4L POS and T4L Local.

Our AI agent for schools is a separate product. It will publish its own privacy notice before launch.

This website

tech4l.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

• Language preference. If you switch language, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage on your device. It is not sent to us.
• App downloads. APK files are served over the network. We do not link a download to any identity.

Hotspot customers

If you buy an internet card from the login page of a network that uses T4L Networks, we process:

On networks using the monthly subscription model, payments go to the network owner's own number and cards are sent by SMS from the owner's phone. In that case T4L does not receive your payment or your card; the network owner does.

T4L Owner

T4L Owner is for network owners. When you use it, we process:

• Account: your name, phone number and password. Passwords are stored only as a secure hash, never in plain text.
• Device: your device's Android ID, so we can recognise it and ask for an SMS verification code when you sign in from a different device.
• Networks: network name, city, location, business model, card categories and prices.
• Cards: the card usernames and passwords you upload (reseller model), and whether each one has been sold.
• Money: sales, payouts, fees and your running balance with T4L.
• Points of sale: the shops linked to your networks, their purchases, and the collections you record.
• Lines: the phone line numbers you add for line reports, the report times you choose, and the balance reports we generate.
• Subscription: your plan, payments and expiry date, if you use the subscription model.

Permissions: internet and network status. On Android 9 and older it can also ask for storage access to save report images to your phone.

T4L POS

T4L POS is for shops that sell cards. When you use it, we process:

• Account: your point-of-sale name, phone number, password (stored as a secure hash), city, and the location you describe.
• Device: your device's Android ID, used the same way as in T4L Owner.
• Activity: the networks you link to, the cards you buy and their cost, the amounts you owe, and collection requests you accept or reject.

Permissions: internet and network status only.

T4L Local

T4L Local runs on the network owner's own phone in the subscription model. It is designed so that your business data stays with you.

• the one-time activation code we give you;

How we use data

• to provide the service: confirm payments, deliver cards, calculate balances and generate reports;
• to secure accounts: verification codes, device recognition, rate limits, and an audit log of administrative actions;
• to support you when you contact us;
• to meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it or rent it to anyone.

Who sees it

• Network owners and their points of sale see the sales, stock and financial records of their own networks.

Our servers and service providers may be located outside Yemen.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is active. Financial records (payments, sales, payouts and collections) are kept for as long as needed for accounting and to resolve disputes, even after an account is closed. Security records such as rate-limit entries are kept for a short period. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Security

• The apps connect to our servers over HTTPS only.
• Passwords are stored as hashes that cannot be reversed. Session and device tokens are stored encrypted on your phone.
• T4L Local verifies a signed licence offline, so it does not need a constant connection to us.

No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your account is at risk, contact us immediately.

Your choices

• Access and correction: you can view and update most of your data inside the apps, or ask us for a copy.
• Deletion: request deletion of your account and data from the account deletion page.
• Permissions: you can revoke app permissions at any time in Android settings.

Children

T4L Networks and its apps are business tools and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell app users inside the apps when the change is significant.
